PROPERTIES OF CANTABRIAN ANCHOVY

Cantabrian anchovy, with high nutritional and dietary value, contains proteins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iodine). It is also a blue fish rich in vitamins (B, D, and E). Due to its high protein content, anchovies in olive oil are especially recommended for muscle development.
