When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse facilities. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays or sale periods.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase and dispatched the following day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing.
After that, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: between 12 and 20 business days
• International orders: between 15 and 30 business days, depending on the destination

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

Prices displayed on our website are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination.

Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be applied once your order reaches your country and will be determined by your local customs authority.

The payment of these charges and taxes is your sole responsibility and will not be covered by us.
