PROPERTIES OF THE CANTÁBRICO ANCHOVY
The Cantabrian anchovy, of high nutritional and nutritional level, contains proteins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iodine). It is also an oily fish rich in vitamins (type B, D and E).
