PROPERTIES OF CANTABRIAN ANCHOVY

The Cantabrian anchovy, with high nutritional and dietary value, contains proteins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iodine). It is also a blue fish rich in vitamins (B, D, and E). Due to its high protein content, anchovies in oil are especially recommended for muscle development. They contain omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, contributing to a reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases.
