PROPERTIES OF THE CANTABRIAN ANCHOVY

The Cantabrian anchovy, with a high nutritional and nutritional level, contains proteins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iodine). It is also an oily fish rich in vitamins (type B, D and E).
