PROPERTIES OF THE CANTÁBRICO ANCHOVY
The Cantabrian anchovy, of high nutritional and nutritional level, contains proteins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iodine). It is also a blue fish rich in vitamins (type B, D and E). Given its high protein content, anchovies in olive oil is a food recommended especially for muscle development. It contains omega-3 fatty acids that help lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, helping to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Omega-3 is essential in nervous tissue and retina.
